The instruction how to make Smoked Pork Chops

  1. Preheat the smoker to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). go to wood chips according to manufacturers directions.
  2. add together salt, brown sugar, pepper, paprika, pitch mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano in a small bowl. campaign until evenly combined. Sprinkle over both sides of each pork chop.
